    Somehow he’s created space for seasoned practitioners to read these concepts explained in new ways and, to my eyes, it seems extraordinary the way he balanced holding softness and grace with those who may not have bought in to the fact that they need to care about microagressions, for example- while making it absolutely clear that it would be.
