If you want a colander that stands up in the sink will hold 2 pounds of regular spaghetti noodles easily and drain very well and then effortlessly drop out of the clever trap door at the bottom then what are you waiting for

It isnt very easy to get it to go through the opening in the bottom after that because it takes both hands to hold the bottom open

The trap door is a great design

I love the larger size but what makes this one stand out is the trap door in the bottom that allows you to drop the contents into a bowl instead of pouring it over the side
