Pros & Cons

Pros

Cast iron enameled cookware holds and distributes heat very well. Easy to clean. Metal knob is great for being able to put the pan in the oven but does get hot to the touch very quickly. Oven mitt or towel needed to remove lid.

Heavy as i expected but the helper handle helps a lot. Could also be used as a defensive weapon lol. Heavy and send durable so far.

The cobalt blue is outstanding; the enamel seems to be holding up as well also. High quality, good value when compared to overpriced french made equivalent. Nice to finally have an alternative to over-priced le creuset, excellent tho they are!

Cons

There's little metal hairs stuck underneath the enamel. The handle and lid become extremely hot, so you have to use a hot pad.
