It has been relegated to the parts drawer. Didn't get a swr meter in time to test and return the item. Another thing is that it is noisy.

My only recommendation is to get a dab of blue locktite for the setscrew

After 3 weeks of driving the setscrew backed out a turn and i was able to pull the antenna whip out of its base with no effort at all
