This book lays out one way to structure and run a business. It promotes a simple system based on action and accountability. Clear metrics enable everyone to know that the ship is on course.

Cons

It's irresponsible to say that there are visionaries and integrators and never the twain the two shall meet. It's very male-centric, which a lot of startups are. Just a bunch of vague common sense meandering ideas.

This is a methodology that does little to help the garbage in, garbage out problem many small business have.

Fluff and filler comprise 90% of this book. There are major pitfalls in this book that if you follow it your business is going to fail.

Book is light on national and multinational company examples. Outdated leadership book. I’d recommend a one that considers a variety of diverse companies.
