Pros

Will be reordering new though looks like a great sturdy product. No problems no hassles, operated according to specs.

This does what it needs to and has plenty of pulling power for what i needed it for. The ratchet mechanism on the winding drum is a little cheesy and the cable length is relatively short, but it works just fine. My riding mower got stuck in the mud.

Very heavy duty and solidly built. Nice to have a custom fitted tool box to store it in. Used it to 40' shipping container a few feet.

Cons

This puller is hefty but not easy to use. Day one of catastrophic failure. It is a absolute pain and honestly unsafe attempting to loosen once there's any force applied whatsoever.
