Pros & Cons
Pros
Panel folds up small and slim. Surprisingly sturdy for the barrel extension cable. Only issue is it needs a stand and mine was not in shipment.
This is not to be peeled off as one reviewer stated. This product fills a very specific niche.

The solar panel is completely waterproof, and there is a dustproof and waterproof silicone plug at the port. The step down box is design to connect to 12v solar array connects directly to step down modular out mc4 connector used in solar panels.

Cons
Reviewer says the controller renders it very finicky and useless. Doesn't deliver on stated specs. Maybe this is good for some 12v battery packs that accept a usb connector?

Using a few bungies and my traction board it was stable and easier to move and keep pointed toward the sun
50 better output than jackery solar saga 100 but lousy stand
So even with this panel all you will ever see is 40 watts on your jackery
