Motion detection is excellent and can be turned on and off

I placed it looking out through glass at my front door and at night the night vision infrared reflects against the glass so the image is blurred

If you want to be able to view the camera when you’re away from home ie not on the same wifi it’s a great cost effective option

You do have to buy a memory card if you want to record 247 and also can’t access that video unless the camera is online

It’s easy to install and link to your devices and it also works with alexa so you can check the camera on you tv or echo show
