Pros

Replaced the stock wi-fi card on my old xps 8500. No more dropped connections, no more latency, solid as a rock. Computer is a floor up from my router, and i am getting a full strength connection (5ghz) and 130-150mbps down and 20-30mbps upload.

Cons

The archer t6e has a low gain dual antenna pcie wifi card.

This is the most inconsistent piece of hardware i have ever used. Was working great at first tho. Not great for older houses with thick walls. I hope everyone who thinks of buying this product sees this review and thinks twice about it.

Range is goodlatency is minimalstays connectedeasy to installprice was rightworth it i have bought more tplink products


Tldr download the broadcom bcm4360 drivers instead of the ones tplink has on their website

    Not really the beat option for gaming because it sometimes delivers inconsistent connection but that may depend on your router and where your pc is

    But the utility does allow you to pick 5ghz
