Pros

I love that it broadcasts simultaneously over 2 frequencies (2. Ghz and 5ghz). Ghz networks & a 5ghz network all used at the same time. The wireless speeds are fast. Wifi works great on it at both frequencies.

Woe is you. Don't hesitate on this one. As long as this one doesn't die on me, i am a happy camper.

Great router for the price. Happy with this purchase. Pretty happy with the router and their customer service.

Cons

The wired connection is fine, but the wifi has issues. Firmware cannot be updated wirelessly, need to download correct file, then connect to router via ethernet. If all the wireless devices have this issue — dropping the internet.

Wouldn't bother with this brand/model. Avoid them like the plague.

Support through their website seems to be non-existent for the c5 model. First tried to call but couldn't get through. Tried calling customer support. They're not technicians anyway. Another half hour in the live chat and the response was wait 7 busin... Read More
