Since that other one didnt have the slots that toyota specifically puts on their filter caps it made it a pain to torque off and it kept slipping

Good tool but wish it was cheaper be careful cause the plastic housing on the oil filter is delicate plastic

I found if i slightly tightened the cap it broke the seal and it was much easier to get the cap off

I had to use a breaker bar the first time to break the seal on my serviced filter by the lube monkeys down the street

Apparently the plastic responds to the ratcheting action not the slow torquing
