I contacted tower by email for support and after three days having not received an answer rang them direct and explained the problem and asked if they had a replacement cup

My only quibble is that it doesnt seem possible to screw the blade assembly onto the clear plastic container enough to stop a small qualtity of fluid seeping out and down into the machine when it is used
