Very sturdy. Seems very strong. But it's heavy. The same company makes an aluminum one (ttf-2762acbr), a good 20lbs lighter.
Cons
The mounting sleeve is too small which means you have to wiggle the rack violently to shove it in place or use a 5lb hammer. Conversely the same method applies when you want to remove the rack. The unit is flimsy and shakes on the back of my suv.

A little low if on an after market hitch have to watch the slope coming out or backing into areas

One one occurrence i hadnt done so and one bike was moving easily back and forth the velcro did however hold it onto the rack so nothing was lost
