Pros

Loved the idea of a carafe, a large reservoir, being able to use any k-cup including refillables. One jumbo pod of fresh ground coffee is perfect for a full carafe.

The touch plus coffee maker is sleek and easy to use. You can use any brand of coffee you want, not just ones that other manufacturers restrict you to. The coffee that included/shipped with the brewer is good.

This machine brews a perfect cup of coffee in less than 30 seconds, yet it's compact and beautiful. The instant heating is like the point of use hot water heaters, instant. Comes with an eco-fill basket for smaller servings.

Set it up in my office. Worked like a charm. A little overpriced when compared to other brands. I have been absolutely thrilled with the product.

Cons

Call amazon help. Was put on hold, then disconnected. Very disappointed with amazon assistance with this.

The carafe has no insulating values at all. Don't count on having hot coffee over 10 min in the carafe.

No auto timer for the mornings but it is so fast that this really isn’t an issue

They are also shipped in biodegradable packaging

I think the 30 extra coffee in the kcup really makes a big difference

Also the xbold cups andor the xlarge cups are to my knowledge not available yet

Competitiveness

Its also quieter and a bit smaller than my old kcup machine

I get a more flavorable cup of hot coffee and consider this product far exceeds keurig

Next i tried a kuerig brand brewer from costco

And so many cheap kcup brewer breakdown it means wasted money and useless brewers in the trash not touch brewers
