Pros

Two way speaker on pendant is a critical feature. I like that it is possible to talk with the responder through the pendant. It allows up to four people to be in the calling sequence before dialing 911.

This actually works wonderfully. This is a very well thought out system that meets our needs very well. It has been tested and proven to work.

The audio quality is not that amazing either but it's doable. There are newer versions.

The programing options are great. It's very well designed and easy to setup. It has all the features necessary and works just like it should. It is so simple to use, built well, has rechargeable batteries.

Battery charging system is quite clunky.

Battery back up works with electric turned off i could go on and on this thing is really a lifesaver would defiantly buy again

My 83 year old mother has leaned on the button and dialed 911 3 times twice they came to the house

If she were to fall she presses the button and it calls a list of four people in order and if we elect the fifth would be 911

He had been looking at some but didnt have the money for the overpriced monthly fees most charge
