Pros

The roller stick helps a lot with the knots in my thigh muscles. The grooves help to stimulate the muscles and release tension in a way that the foam roller we had originally tried didnt. Felt noticeable relief after knee replacement surgery.

Cons

One side of the handle is damage and dirty. It also make a squeaky noise when used. Do not recommend this seller at all.
