Pros & Cons
Pros
The tim holtz paper cutter is very accurate and compact. The blade is sharp and has cut photo paper and 140lb watercolor paper. Still requires sturdy hold to avoid crooked cuts.
I make cards and it saves me from getting out my big cutter so much. It cuts cardstock easily with no frays. I wish it were easier to precisely cut very thin strips from two layers of cardstock cleanly.
It's lightweight and doesn't feel cumbersome when finishing and storing away. It is lightweight and fits my needs.
This is great as it's small and fits on my desktop. I prefer this handle to earlier models, as it doesn't stick out beyond the edge of the desk. I will probably use it more than the swing arm style now.
Highlights
Quality
I have watched several videos showing things they have found out with the cutter
Competitiveness
Now for a bigger size for 12x12 paper
I never thought i’d rate a tim product lower than a 5
