Pros
The silicone band is comfortable to wear all day. My 2 boys also have a pair and are avid swimmers. I like to wear them daily because they look stylish and sporty on.
It helps tremendously with my tremors. The real benefit is that they tame my essential tremors" "my husband has a tremor which at times is substantial.
Cons
Not heavy enough and no option to buy heavier bars. They attract lint & are impossible to clean. In fairness, i bruise easily and was disappointed that these bands are simply too hard and sharp at their edges.
