I gave this 4 stars because it is mostly a finger puppet toy although it advertises to also be a blanket and teether

The size is way too small to function as a blanket and the teething piece on the corner is small and seems more of an afterthought

If you flip it over there is a cute eye catching pattern on the underside and on one side sewn in to the material are three tags that babys can chew on

I dont know what it is about the ribbon but she wont look twice at it and the teether ring is the exact same
