I admit it wasnt treated as delicately as my phone but everything considered it had it was handled more gingerly than most of my girlfriends so i cant give it a one star rating considering that for all i know

I guess it was worth the 20 sales price but to begin with this does not play mp4 video files despite its advertisement to the contrary

I eventually found video converter software to convert my mp4 files to amv files and it does play the amv files

Navigating the menu is a bit cumbersome to figure out at first but not worth taking a star off considering how cheap the product is compared to other mp3 players

Its a nice size would fit well in a pocket or purse lots of memory to hold songs but unfortunately the device doesnt hold a charge so doesnt really work for what i need it for

I plugged it in to charge it and cant listen to it while plugged in and charging it just keeps turning itself off
