Pros
Thank you for whoever invented this. It's so much easier than laying tofu out on tea towels etc. It absorbs the majority of the water but i always wrap it up in paper towel and squeeze out any remainder i can.
Seems to be very sturdy. They seem thick/sturdy as well. This fits most of the standard blocks of tofu sold locally in canada, but some brands are larger, so may not fit as cleanly. I just wish the bottom section was as strong as the top lid.
Cons
The product feels flimsy. The clip handles pop off and the elastics that are suppose to hold the press in place come loose. There isn't enough space for the water between the tofu holder and the outside box and the tofu ends up sitting in water unless... Read More
Buy the tofu xpress. Ne fonctionne absolument pas. It’s a piece of junk.

Don’t bother trying to save a few bucks with those contraptions because you’ll probably end up buying one of these later anyway

Only used it to make stirfry but i believe this willmake very crispy “chicken” fingers

As others have written attaching the eleastic bands to the handles can be awkward and sometimes a third hand would be helpful

But once attached you simply leave the tofu to compress and it works well enough

If you already have extrafirm tofu dont expect a lot of water to be drained from it but you will get some expressed

A costco block of tofu does need to be cut a bit shorter due to shape

However it removes water in 15 minutes so easy enough to do twice
