Stayed warm about 1 hour after unplugging. Even unplugged it keeps its heat. I wish it had a thermostat to allow different heat setting.

Was surprised by the sheer weight of the tray. The only reason i didn't give it 5stars is that it will burn your food if you aren't careful.

The large tray hold several dishes. The tray is large enough for two serving bowls - like rice and a vegetable - or one large platter. The only complaint is where will i store this large appliance.

Slim, stylish, fits on tabletop and looks good. I love this, but it scratches easily.

It heats up to very high temperature (about 80c) that you cannot control it. Unit consumes 1000w and smells while heating. I wonder if the heat cycle was faulty and that’s why it didn't turn off on our device.

This is not an inexpensive item so it is doubly disappointing. Made in canada, difficult to find a phone number; they want products returned to them, (heavy box, pricey shipping to can.
