The software could find the camera and all the information but would not show any video
This is a good 1080p camera for the price my only complaint is that the electronics apparently dont have enough processing power to encode the video at the highest quality setting
I had to drop the video quality from best to good in the settings because when it was set for best i would get 3 frames of video then a 2 second pause then another three frames and another 2 second pause
Once i dropped the quality setting down to good the jerkiness went away and the video was smooth
