Pros

The nozzle, hose, and flow regulator are top quality. Can be left pressurized with no leakage risk or damage to hose. Good but nothing exceptional for hose durability.

It expands as it is filled and retracts when the water is emptied. If you follow the instructions (very simple) to open the valve on the sprayer after the faucet is on---the hose extends to the full 25 ft.

Cons

Nd hose has ruptured in the exact same spot at the first. The hose can't be patched due to the stretch of the rubber. If you forget and leave the water spigot on, or if it lays in the sun, it's not durable.

Water flow is very weak and the hose tries to pull itself back due to the elasticity. The hose is less than 100 feet. The tall claims of 200 ft lenth is a total scam. The moment you open the valve, it begins retracting back to its original length.

Titan products has zero customer service. No phone number or email address to process a warranty claim. Fake warranty. Sending this one back as well and not requesting a replacement.
