Cons
Inside tube of this hose is so narrow it cannot even run a sprinkler. When i open the valve on the hose, the hose shrinks considerably.
Huge brass female fitting drags across the ground. Gets filthy in mud and slings mud everywhere. Small holes poked in the hose from stickers in the lawn.

I have owned literally a halfdozen expandable hoses they all were trash and lasted only a year or so

It wont kink and is easy to drain and stuff in a 5 gallon for storage so it wont freeze

They cool up so small that i couldve got a longer one and still be able to store it away in my condo

I consider the insurance cost just as part of the overall cost as mine is kept outside which may cause it to rupture prematurely
