There are no authorized tissot dealers on the internet so you are at the mercy of your grey market vendor of choice for warranty fixes as tissot wont cover it

To get the one bad thing out of the way first the strap on this watch could be a lot better

The leather itself has a very nice finish but it is very stiff and the deployment clasp is pretty uncomfortable on my wrist
