I have a 1000w microwave and end up doing 3 minutes instead of 2 minutes and 20 seconds and it stays got for about 15 minutes until it starts to cool down

I chose timebeewell because of its design compared to other pads on the market where it seems like seeds are getting to the bottom of the wrap and not providing heat coverage for shoulders and upper back area

You can make it hot if you want but it can be overheated as described in user guidance so i pay attention when heating
