Exactly how it is described the only thing that we have found is the piece that the watch goes round is a bit small so have had to purchase another bulkier one.

This replaced a double watch winder that broke after 11 months and amazon refunded without any issues.

It is very compact and well made, as to quiet i was holding it in my hands and couldn't hear it until i put it close to my ear.
