This is my new go-to when on the road, working late or just short on opportunity to get my brew brewed. The caffeine output is similar to sipping two standard aluminum cans of mtn.

These are not the first 'powder' +'microencapsulated' caffeine supplements i have reviewed. Falsely claims these are micro encapsulated for slow release, not the case. Loose powder inside capsule? These are just powder pills?

This product has 100 mg comparable to an 8oz cup of coffee compared to the 200 mg that most of the caffeine pills i looked at contained

Another brand of similar extended release 200mg caffeine would be a little to much too soon
