Pros
They have great traction in mud and snow. They're not heavy, the traction is decent, and they're pretty comfortable for a work boot. These boots are between the feel of a running shoe and a boot.
I'm banking on them breaking in just a smidge to be where i am completely comfortable. Still, cemented construction isn't my favorite but that's not the end of the world at this price point. They're not exactly waterproof though.

Cons
The sole detaches from the shoe in the front. In a month they start losing its shape and because too loose. W is tighter than 8w on the left foot.
Not waterproof. Not warm. Not hiking. These are not waterproof.
