After making sure the faullt wasnt with my installation and giving me plenty of advice and support the issue was sorted by being instructed to order another sensor and then i was refunded the money for the faulty sensor

The alarm itself is really loud

It took us a while to work out how to connect them up we ended up going onto youtube to find a videobut the alarm unit stopped working after 4 months of us buying it and i spoke with customer service and explained how it had stopped working

It has a loud alarm that would put a casual thief off and make it uncomfortable for anyone more determined

Even in a garage or if the office is separate from the house you should hear it if it is activated

Like the beep feature that alerts you to when the alarm is set or disarmed loud enough to hear when you set it from outside
