Both straps did end up breaking however its an easy repair if you know how to sew after resewing the straps in i havent had either break so i believe the stitching of the straps to the back was not done well

I was kind of worried about purchasing this back pack because i had read very mixed reviews and the bad reviews were pretty bad

I can only think there must be a product consistency issue where some back packs are good and some are bad
