Pros

I am 50 years old and have male menopause symptoms and this has reversed them. My energy levels are up, my mood has improved, and i finally can grow out my nails because they are not breaking off.

Cons

Bloating and abdominal pain as well as insomnia. This products gives me the worst heartburn ever.
