Pros
It is the best cookbook i own. Anything with swearing is good. Swearing throughout is a little unnecessary but guess that’s part of its ‘quirk’.
My burgers are a little bland, but that was my fault for holding back on the chilli sauce. The cornmeal and coconut cake is fab with the coconut whipped cream. You will never go back to dairy/fish/meat/poultry.
Cons
Decent recipes, terrible gimmick. Authors need to get off their f***ing high horses. Constant use of the f word is just very grating.
