Pros
Magnesium orotate is good for athletic stamina. They're stuff is the crem dela crem of supplements. Increasing magnesium is a great way to help reduce muscle pain, relax the muscles and help restore the body from mineral difficiency.
Cons
My mistake for not looking at how many gms in a capsule. I suspect it is some cheap, neutral filler that is not harmful yet not helpful. This should not be sold in capsules since a capsule could become lodged in some's esophagus.
