Ive had thor service the first few issues that began pretty much as soon as we installed it however the thermostat just went out and thor will not help because we are a couple months out of warranty

The oven temp was running away as the tech called it and would burn everything we baked almost immediately

The oven stove top knobs have a ring around them that was made of plastic so those were warped almost immediately due to the oven getting so hot and because they were made of plastic

I stopped getting return calls or emails and thor conveniently did this around the time my warranty ran out
