I wouldn’t recommend wearing it under casual clothes like t shirts or polos because the under shirt will now clearly show or just stuff the shirt that goes over it

Wearing just regular t shirts out during summer time causes me to sweat quite a bit and i was tired of having sweat spots under my shirts

Now if i just wore this shirt alone it would look ridiculous on me but i like the fact it really hugs my body and the sleeves are extremely short that way you cannot tell i am wearing it even when wearing a very light t shirt over it in summer time

Im sure a xl would fit me great but the large allows it so this undershirt does not show at all
