Pros & Cons
Pros
Mike recommends an excel spreadsheet- but i actually use myfitnesspal to log and plan meals. It contains many great meal plans, several good workout plans, and an excellent glossary.
This book cuts through the widespread hype and disinformation about how to get the body you want. Written in clear, concise and simple language, perfect for beginners. Bonus material referenced so much more from the newest edition.
It is up to everyone to select what they will or will not do. If you follow this guys advice exactly you will see change. Great insight & advice.
Cons
The first 100 plus pages read like an infomercial. There is no real meal plan and workout instruction states workouts will be 60+ minutes/day. This is for serious weight lifters only.
