Pros

Works perfectly, very accurate and the magnet back is very handy. Appears to be accurate. New feature with the backlight is a nice touch.

It stows away with magnets on the side of my vent hood. Easy to clean and store as the needle folds down, making it easy to store in a drawer. Love that the sensor can be folded in and protected.

Cons

The need to keep it dry makes this very hard to use around the kitchen or in the grilling in the rain. Its flimsy as well but should be expected for less than $20. This is cheaply made.

I bought this thermometer five years ago and while it still works the probe fell out of the handle

Ive had this for more than a year and only changed the battery 1 time

I did have a need to contact customer service and was totally happy with the way thempro handled my issue

I have tried others but this one seems to be the best

I have had cheese recipes fail because of other thermometers that were more expensive
