Thermachill is not greasy or sticky. It works and is not messy.

Worked perfectly. It has a nice cooling effect. It's cool to the skin.
Ice therapy works for relieving tendonitis pain the best i have found. It isn't numbing or relieving the pain -it just makes it a little more tolerable.

Had to get out of bed to wipe it off my neck because of the smell

There is a slight menthol scent but that goes away over time and no one will notice it unless standing very close immediately after its applied
