Long time amazon shopper, first time review writer. The person who responds to emails (kiki) is very helpful and vested in your success. The personalized feedback is helpful.
Three pees a night is now zero or one, but my son wakes up. He is 9 years old and has been a super heavy sleeper which caused him not to really noticed when he had to pee.
It feels discouraging night after night hearing that alarm go off, but don’t give up!

Cons
There are metal wire lines that run through the pad to detect moisture, when they break they stick out. The alarm is loud, and you do get multiple choices on tones, but is so easily disconnected from the sensor.

It was definitely worth the cost for us
The price is definitely a bit of a sticker shock but we were able to use our hsa account and that was really helpful

I was washing sheets all of the time
