The rubber piece that covers the plug port does not stay closed very well and can be a pain to keep out of the way and i dont really feel it will be there long because its such a thin piece of rubber it gets caught and its just a matter of time for it to get ripped off the massager quite easily

Only thing i would like to comment on as far as when it dies you must recharge it for at least an hour before you can use it again you can not use it while its charging when the massager is plugged in to recharge the battery it dies not turn in at all

This would have gotten 5 stars if it was functional during the time you are charging it the body wand will operate if it is charging or if its been charged
