Pros & Cons
Pros
The theracane helps significantly in reducing my pain and soreness by targeting areas needing massage. My favorite aspect of this cane is that i don't have to wait till someone gets home, make an appointment with my chiropractor, or using a door jam t... Read More
The bbb is heavier and sturdier. It is just as sturdy. The cane is very stiff and rugged and can be used to apply substantial force without it fear of flexing or breakage.
The theracane travel is an excellent travel gadget. It is a great travel gadget and a great value for money.
Some positions only need half of the cane, so it's less bulky while split in two. Don't be intimidated by.
Cons
This one is not rigid, is somewhat flimsy- and did nothing. My massage gun seems to do a better job. They are useless and fall apart without the pins.
This item is not returnable. Buyer beware. I'm sure some dolphin in the ocean will pick it up when it makes its way out there.

As far as i can figure out from the use of this item and the provided directions there arent any equivalent ways to achieve that as the only two set of nodes that are positioned to do so are way too far apart

I would suggest not bending the large loop too far by holding the cane at the top of the loop

Alternatively you can just exert less force and hold the spot for longer on a knot
