The water hose is nothing special but for the most part it is just for play and we never even put water in it

The only negative is that the hose from the tank to the nozzle is really stiff and is sometimes hard to coordinate

Little yellow plastic handle on top of gun pops off easily but can be slipped back you cant really use it to hold it
