I found that the chocolate melted well enough in my mouth compared to other 85 bars it certainly wouldnt be fair to compare it to milk chocolate if its slightly above room temperature

There can be a huge difference in impact between buying chocolate that is fair trade certified and that which is not

On one hand you can support a sustainable business that in addition to giving workers a fair wage also helps the community in which the cacao is grown on the other hand think large multinational chocolate makers the cheaper chocolate may come at the price of a very poor standard of life for workers communities that dont benefit and even child slavery

Mars nestle and eventually hershey have issued statements that their cacao will be childslaveryfree by 2020so until then you know theres a tragic human cost behind their chocolate
