The quality of the game board and pieces are also excellent
It teaches directions i sometimes go over clockwise and counterclockwise with the kids before the game

You can also stop in the middle of the game and practice other yoga poses then go back and finish the game

The rules are simple enough to explain in a couple of minutes to new patients its cooperative so no arguments over who is winning it is completed in a reasonable amount of time 1525 min usually the art work is gorgeous and it is holding up to heavy use even though the game pieces are made of cardboard
