Many pages and they leave it up to the user to put in exercises and sets not like others that the info is already on the pages and you need to cross out

I would suggest this journal as designed is more for a power lifter than a body builder because a body builder focused page would have left forearm in cm etc etc for every day rather than back of the book

Yes you could buy a spiral notebook and write each page by hand like ive been doing since the 90s but its a huge waste of time compared to this preprint log
