    All of them are simple things like do exercise (even if only for 10 minutes, it makes a difference), get better sleep, keep a gratitude journal, stretch your muscles, get a massage, use breathing techniques, get some sunlight (or a sunlamp), set doable goals and then do them, no matter how small you have to start.
