Pros

Plant paradox-lectin protein free. This is the best grain free cookbook i've seen. Most recipes fit within diets like keto, the plant paradox, and other plant based whole food diets.

Just recieved the book, it looks like there are going to be many new baked goods coming into the house. Her cookbooks are so thorough and have helped me with my own immune issues.
