While you could see this as a limitation i see this as a crucial asset to the book because it means that if you belong to this target group almost everything described in the book will feel very relatable and will hit you close

I do agree that this could make the book a little less applicable for other age and gender groups out there although the techniques listed in the book could still certainly work for you
